The Cut

We will be hosting some great events for The Cut: this includes Bloody Mary making with Belvedere vodka's new bloody mary mix and some unusual food matching with Dom from the Moet Hennessey people. Visits from cheese producers, organic farmers, and cutting edge food producers will also feature over the next year.

Our February Cut event is the 'Shooting Dinner' on the 21st February; a culinary class on how to cook with pheasant and partridge followed by a 3 course game inspired meal and a glass of bubbly for £25pp.Followed by 'Wine tasting and Pairing Dinner' on March 28th; a 4 course dinner with wine picked for each dish plus connoisseur and chef teaching you about Pairing. April welcomes our Chelsea ladies in for a 'Cake Decorating' afternoon on the 11th and May sees us showcasing our Summer Cocktail list with our 'Mixology' event on the 9th
